First
Hizumi was born in Sapporo, Japan in 1990 to his two mutant parents, both of whom worked the Sector Y, the Japanese version of Sector Z. His mother had retired and his father was still a field agent. He had a rather normal childhood, if you can count endless days spent rolling about in the snow as a wolf cub whilst his mother twisted the water from the rivers into lively toys for him to chase. They were a well-off family so whatever Hizumi wanted, he basially got. Life was good. He was a bright, happy child until his father was killed in action during a mission when he was only 8 years old. As a result he became withdrawn and quiet, more serious.
Second
At the age of 16, Hizumi decided he would take up his father's career and join the Sector. His mother had told him about it, how the Sector took in mutants who couldnt control their powers and those who were dangers to themselves and others, helped them and then sent them out into the world. Of course, this wasnt the whole story but Hizumi didnt, and still doesnt, know everything abut the Sector. He spent the next couple of years honing his telepathic powers and learning English and Korean before leaving his snowy hometown at the age of 18 to train with Sector Z. He is now a junior agent.
Third
Nowadays, Hizumi works at the company. He enjoys exploring the city and its parks as a variety of different domestic animals, mostly dogs so that he can get scratches behind the ear, his favorite sensitive spot. He also likes to jump around as a cat, sneaking in to houses and spying on people getting on with their lives. He's almost obsessed with 'normality' and how some people are different to others, and routines as well. He remembers details and things very clearly and holds grudges.
